Sculptures by Sarah Wolfe

The creative practice of Sarah Wolfe spans food, design, sculptures and drawings. Her work explores tensions between external and internal worlds and environmental anxieties by gathering materials, textures and patterns from the natural world for an end result that feels somehow both private and universal. Themes of preservation and reproductive frailties come and go in her work as she considers the ongoing problem of the human condition: that we cannot preserve those things that we hold most dear.
